How the winds blow here will determine whether I leave my DA up as an archive. For now it's staying because that's just too many old works to move. (If you pay via paypal you can do a one-time payment and still get a login code, but I do think I'll be extending my subscription to help them out.) The layout and upload system are more user friendly in my opinion, and already people are more willing to engage with my artwork than I've seen on DA in a while.
Just a heads up I am probably going to look into backing up and removing my gallery here in the near future (aside from ARPG stuff that needs to stay for points calculation) and using this account only to watch the few people who remain. Likely landing point is going to be Sheezy, will post a link once I can get an account set up. Signups are limited right now so it might be a bit. I've heard inkblot is decent too but I've been having serious troubles with people's galleries just not loading there so it seems an unlikely candidate for me just now. Goal is to pick one spot and stick with it. I am still on FurAffinity as well but I haven't been keeping up with posting there. In the meantime I have been posting what little new artwork I've made on Tumblr. Link to that is in my bio.
Good job, DA. Put a video ad with flashing lights on the sidebar of every single deviation. Because nothing screams good idea like a big middle finger to anybody with seizures or migraines. I really need to find a place to migrate all my stuff. x.x
